Join our amazing team as an Assistant Resort Manager in Saariselka, Lapland.
We’re looking for someone with management and operational experience to help lead our largest overseas team for the winter.

You will get to live and work in the stunning resort of Saariselka, the home of Christmas.

Important Information:
Must be available 27th October 2024 through until 30th December 2024
This is an operations role overseeing the whole Santa’s Lapland programme so previous management experience is essential.

What you will be doing:
Overseeing daily resort operations- Ensuring the smooth running of activities, airport supervision, guest experiences, and staff management.
Leading the team- Supervising and supporting staff, ensuring high standards are met, and be the go-to individual for any issues.
Enhancing guest experience- Ensuring every aspect of the Santa’s Lapland experience is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Training and inspiring the team- Assist with staff training, leading by example with enthusiasm and energy, while maintaining the Santa Claus story.
