Suited for those with a welcoming, caring approach to customer service, a passion for good food presented beautifully, who want to make a positive impact on the environment and continue the legacy of TripAdvisor certificates of excellence and the team’s top reviews across multiple platforms.

INTRO

We are looking for a friendly approachable person who is happy with a role that will vary from day to day. It is a split role between helping the Chalet Hibou team run their 14 person chalet in the morning, and getting Chalet Atelier and Hibou guests to and from the slopes on time. An outgoing personality who will always greet our guests with a smile is essential for this role as you are there to share the excitement of getting on the mountain in the mornings and the first pair of ears to hear what a great day it’s been when picking them up.The allocation of time spent in the roles varies from week to week however overall could roughly be accounted as 50% driving, 30% hosting, 10% assisting the resort manager, and 10% minor maintenance.Applying as a couple? This role works well in conjunction with the ‘Chalet Host’ position
Additional Information

There’s life in the chalet and life outside of the chalet. We want everyone to be healthy, hit the slopes as much as they can, and have the resources and support they need.

ACCOMMODATION: We all need a good work/mountain/chill balance so all of our chalets are really close to the piste to maximise mountain time. As a couple (where possible) you will be given your own apartment with internet access.

LEARN NEW SKILLS: You’ll become the master of our set chalet menu – created by Skiology brother Luke Turner (former Fortnum and Mason Development Chef) – and learn how to deliver our award-winning service. This is the formula that our guests and team come back for again and again.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT: We are a small team so you are certainly not a number with us. We foster an environment where you will be listened to, respected and rewarded. We will set goals for you and ask you to set goals for yourself. We have had many great successes over the years!

HEALTHY FOOD: Like our guests, you will benefit from nutritionally balanced meals, quality produce and beyond organic wine.

COMPETITIVE SALARY: We offer a competitive wage in line with the industry standards and based on your working hours, plus lots of additional benefits

Additional Perks

At Skiology we all know that our guests have different needs and so too do our team. As far as we know, we are the first ski company to offer a tailored perk scheme which you yourself can choose from. It’s what we like to call, the Skiology Perk-N-Mix! Once recruited, you will be offered a selection of perks to choose from.
