Job Applications: We keep your application data available to employers for up to 10 years unless removal is requested earlier.

Advertising Enquiries: We retain your data for up to ten years after your initial inquiry or transaction unless you opt-out or request data deletion.

Advertising & Software Contracts: We retain your personal information for the duration of the contract. Post-contract, basic company data is kept in our financial records for six more years for compliance with HMRC regulations. We destroy all unnecessary financial information securely.
