Job Description
We are a 4* family run hotel in the French Alps.
The role involves providing support to the Management Team and helping the team to maintain our high standards, as well as assisting with guest queries and around the chalet as required. You must be very computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft office and confident working with Apple computers. You will need to have excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills and be able to work within a team and also independently. You will also need to be confident dealing with telephone enquiries, a good level of French would be an advantage. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work in any area of Chilly Powder when required to do so.
