Born in the Alps
We built SZN while working in Morzine, where finding the perfect ski job felt like a never-ending struggle—endless scrolling, vague job posts, and no clear place to look. It wasn’t just frustrating; it was broken.
But we weren’t the only ones feeling this way. After speaking with our manager and coworkers, we realized both job seekers and employers faced the same inefficiencies. Businesses struggled to fill roles with the right talent, while candidates lacked a seamless way to discover and secure jobs.
That’s why we created SZN—an all-in-one platform designed to simplify seasonal hiring. By bringing job discovery, applications, and onboarding into one intuitive system, we’re making it easier than ever for employers to find top talent and for seasonal workers to land their dream roles—without the hassle.
